Ron Garfield, CPCC, ACC

This work speaks to me in ways that 30 years of senior executive experience never did. This work comes from my heart and a connection to myself and others that pulls at me every day. I am fueled by the energy that comes from coaching and the inspiration I get from my clients and being of service to them.

My own journey guided me here. I didn’t chose to coach, coaching chose me. I saw and experienced firsthand the power of transformative change and the impact a willingness to dig deep and get uncomfortable can have on an individual and organization. It’s funny and maybe counter intuitive to say, but coaching is not for everyone, but for the people and companies that are willing and ready to really do the work, they will understand why this work is so powerful.

The Coach

Great coaching starts with deep listening, connection and mutual trust. Great coaching creates a safe space for the client and coach to work and explore in. Goals and expectations are defined and refined. Great coaching promotes challenges, accountability and change.

Ron aims to promote and create sustainable change in the client’s perspective and maturity, and in an organization’s approach to its challenges.
